Workshops with Stakeholders
We conducted a Technical Design Sprint and facilitated workshops focused on addressing key topics such as stakeholder expectations and customer needs. These workshops informed our product vision and design approach.
This process allowed us to establish a strong, aligned design strategy, uncovering insights about user needs, particularly the desire for users to easily access all their financial products in one place. This highlighted the fundamentals of simplicity, clarity, and accessibility.

The Challenge
Simplify and unify platforms to enhance user experience and support future growth.
We aimed to simplify Avant’s diverse financial products by creating a seamless, cohesive experience across all services.
Goals
- Robust design system to standardize visual and interactive elements.
- Addressing current user pain points.
- Establishing a product strategy that supports long-term growth and adaptability.
Discovery
Uncovered and understood user needs, behaviors, and pain points through detailed research and analysis. We aimed to gather competitive insights and organize findings to create a strong foundation that would drive the design direction and inform decision-making throughout the project.
Definition
Established a well-structured strategic framework by defining clear user flows, design principles, and a comprehensive roadmap. This ensured that our design approach was fully aligned with both user needs and business objectives, creating a clear path for execution and setting expectations for the project timeline.
Ideation
Explored multiple design possibilities by focusing on usability and creating a clear visual direction. The objective was to develop wireframes, define the overall look and feel, and establish intuitive navigation patterns that would form the backbone of the user experience.
Design
Brought the design concept to life by developing high-fidelity, detailed user interfaces that were consistent and scalable. We also focused on creating interactive prototypes to test and validate the design in real-world scenarios, ensuring that it was ready for implementation.
Testing
Rigorously evaluated the design by conducting user testing, gathering actionable insights, and analyzing feedback. By refining and iterating the solution based on real user input, we ensured that the final design met both user expectations and business goals for a seamless and engaging experience.
